To return an item by mail:
- Include the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.
- Print a return label from this site. Without this label we will be unable to process the return. If you do not have a printer, please return the item to a store.
- Use the "Return by Mail" button below for further instructions on mailing your item.
About Mail Returns
- The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks
- Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
- If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and gift-wrapping charges
- There are restrictions for returns based on item size, materials, departments, etc. For more information, please see the Returns Policy.
- We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. Wal-Mart cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.
- Wal-Mart cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition of your original purchase(s).
